Push-pull Converter 12V-400V (push-pull)

I decided to try to build a push-pull Converter IR2153 chip push-pull type.

(Scheme is fully consistent with the PCB)

Gathered quite compact with small radiators and power 28W at Efficiency of 87%. He earned immediately and needed no adjustment.

Самый большой “+” такого типа преобразователя – он практически не нуждается в настройке, вся настройка сводится к подбору частотозадающего конденсатора. Недостатком можно назвать относительно низкий КПД при начале зарядки конденсаторов(сопротивление нагрузки низкое). Собрал его для “чисто посмотреть работает он или нет”. Но несмотря на КПД 87% радиаторы довольно сильно грелись. Потом я немного модифицировал плату под большие радиаторы и больший трансформатор (Ч30) и получил такой преобразователь.

Power 32W and Efficiency of 87%. The transformer has 2 primary Polubotko 3 coil 1mm wire and the secondary 85 of turns of wire 0.2 mm. as keys used MOSFET IRF3205. The output used diode bridge of four SF18 and the electrolyte at 400 volts. The whole setup is reduced to the selection frequency, in this circuit the 2.2 NF that in the Datasheet corresponds to a frequency of slightly more than 30 kHz. Later, I rewound the transformer for 400Вольт, turned 105 turns.
